AS PART OF OUR PLAN for the New Domino, we are committed to improving community access to and enjoyment of one of our city’s greatest resources, its waterfront. Our plan includes providing a landscaped esplanade along the water’s edge, developing five public connections from neighborhood streets to the waterfront, and creating a large recreational space for the public to enjoy.

The landscaping will be designed to enhance the spectacular panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline and the stunning perspective of looking down to the harbor through three landmark bridges.
